Habits

Improvement in all aspects of our lives should always be the goal. Not improving is not an option. You get derailed, you don’t stay the same. You lose your skills, you lose. You never get used to losing because just because you lose, you will never actually become a loser. Start with small habits and be okay with doing things badly, writing badly, drawing awful sketches, produce what you produce and just be okay with it. Stay in tune with yourself and remember why you started. Your journey is yours, own it bit by bit.

The value of small habits is immeasurable. Repeat the habits of your choice everyday, remembering that discipline is truly freedom. Tiny battles, tiny battles, tiny battles.

    1. What if change were just a localised phenomenon and there were vast swathes of constancy just out of reach of our perception? Wouldn’t that be … umm … well, kinda boring actually. Yeah, best to stay in the realm of constant, exciting change, yes? 😆

  2. I absolutely agree! I think rather than striving for immediate perfection we should strive to make little improvements everyday. Like you said- start with something small and go from there.
